Why the U.S. C-32A Aircraft Carrying the Delegation to Pakistan Is So Special?

The U.S. delegation that arrived in Pakistan for ceasefire talks with Iran traveled aboard a Boeing C-32A aircraft, a plane specifically designated for the U.S. Vice President.

This aircraft is also used to transport the First Lady, Secretary of State, cabinet members, and members of Congress.

Introduced in 1998 for special operations and VIP transport, the C-32A is essentially a modified and advanced version of the Boeing 757. Despite being around 28 years old, it remains a key part of the U.S. government’s transport fleet.

In certain situations, the aircraft can even serve as a backup to the VC-25A (Air Force One).

The C-32A is equipped with executive-level transport सुविधाएँ and advanced communication systems, allowing top officials to remain connected and operational during travel.
