Soon a new exclusive on the latest Sony console? No, we'll have to wait a bit. This has just been postponed ...

We can say that Sony has not skimped on the means this year. Since the release of its PS5, the giant is preparing a plethora of excluded. Including one in particular. This is a long-overdue game. Namely: Ghostwire Tokyo.

THIS EXCLUDED FROM SONY WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 2022

Since the launch of the PS5, the announcements are coming in rain. All publishers are starting to tease their projects.

Whether it's the latest Far Cry, GTA, which we are impatiently awaiting or many other novelties, the titles are legion.

At the end of last year, CD Projekt presented its new flagship title: Cyberpunk 2077. A game that ultimately constitutes a real disappointment for the house.

You might as well say that this year, the time has come for caution. This has led many studios to delay their releases.

Ditto for this new exclusivity from Sony which will arrive on the PlayStation 5e of the name … Never mind!

There is no shortage of postponements and cancellations, especially with the shortage of chips as well as the global pandemic. We will therefore have to wait a bit for GhostWire Tokyo.

One more year to wait for the title that should normally arrive this year. We, therefore, expect 2022 for the arrival of this new game with a bang.

A decision was announced directly by Tango Gameworks, on its Twitter account. Let's be reassured about one thing, he promises to arrive in early 2022.

In its press release, the studio explains that it wants to work on a better version of its game. Without it being sloppy, of course.

As a reminder, the game will take part in a Tokyo invaded by  "deadly supernatural forces after the disappearance of 99% of the population".

A post-apocalyptic scenario that promises to provide us with entertainment. That said, we will have to wait a bit, after all.

PS5: NO RELEASE INSIGHT THIS YEAR FOR GHOSTWIRE TOKYO

GhostWire Tokyo is therefore among the host of exclusions from PS5. Excluded who unfortunately will still have to make us wait.

“We have made the decision to delay the launch of Ghostwire: Tokyo for early 2022,” the studio said on the game's official Twitter account.

"We want the game to get to your hands as soon as possible so that you can have an unforgettable version of a haunted Tokyo that we took the time to design."

“Also, we want to strive to protect the health of everyone at Tango. Our new release window will give us more time to bring Ghostwire to life as we imagine it.

Here are the words of the developers of this game planned exclusively for PS5. We sincerely hope that the wait will be worth it.

The giant has promised to deliver us a plethora of exclusive games. Ghostwrite will therefore not be the only one excluded from Sony in this regard. We are also waiting for God of War Ragnarok.

We can also cite Final Fantasy XVI, Demon's Soul, or even Ratchet and Clank… The list is likely to grow!
