The Asia Cup T20 tournament is starting today in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Six teams have been divided into two groups in the event. The opening match between Sri Lanka and Afghanistan will be played in Dubai. The match will start at 7 PM Pakistani time.
Pakistan will play its first match on Sunday, August 28 against traditional rivals India.
In the T20 tournament among the 6 best teams in Asia, Pakistan will be in action along with India and Hong Kong in Group A, while Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Bangladesh will be in action in Group B.
The top two teams in the group will qualify for the Super Four stage, which will begin on September 3.
The final between the top two teams of the Super Four will be played on September 11.
