Senior PML-N leader Khawaja Asif has issued opposition numbers for a no-confidence motion against the government.
League leader Khawaja Asif released the numbers of the opposition on Twitter and also wrote Alhamdulillah if the number of reserves is added then the number of opposition is much more than the government.
According to Khawaja Asif, 159 out of 162 members of the united opposition attended the meeting in which the number of PML-N members is 84.
According to the PML-N leader, other parties in the united opposition included 55 from PPP, 15 from Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal, four from BNP Mengal, one from ANP and one independent.
According to Khawaja Asif, the number of opposition members was 159 while PPP’s Jam Abdul Karim, independent member Ali Wazir and MMA’s Abdul Akbar Chitrali were not present.
